There’s a fabulous little cake bakery tucked away in Wilton, Connecticut called The Cake Boutique. Owned by three sisters, The Cake Boutique designs and bakes some of the most delicious cakes and cookies I’ve ever had. From Red Velvet (which might be my favorite) to a classic chocolate cake, the flavor choices are endless at The Cake Boutique.
Although some wedding cake bakers suggest giving at least one month’s notice, here at Fresh LiME Events we recommend meeting with your wedding cake designer at least three months in advance of your wedding. This gives you and the designers the chance to really think through how the overall design of your wedding will feed in to the design of your wedding cake.
